Highland bagpipes, kilts, Celtic blood running through their veins and lots and lots of heavy metal played with energy and class. This is the amazing Argentinian band that has been uniting metalheads and Celtic music fans since 2011.
The name, borrowed from the Irish dictionary, is a spelling variation of the word ‘troiddeana’ meaning battle, and recalls the daring spirit that has carried the band forward over the years, quickly making them appreciated first in their homeland and then, starting with the release of their second full-length, ‘The Power & the Will’ (2015), also in Europe on the most prestigious stages.
After the release of the EP ‘Wasted Paradise’ in 2022, with which their popularity skyrocketed, in 2024 Triddana released ‘Breaking from the Fold’, the album that brought fans and critics together, so epic, visionary, so powerful.
Their path now intertwines with that of Montelago. Between fiery songs, ballads and evocative anthems, the band's invitation to sing and dance along, we are sure, will also be honoured at the Mortimer Pub.
