Become a Volunteer and experience the Fantastic Middle Earth Festival from the inside, in close contact with our staff, 24 hours a day, in a pleasant atmosphere of understanding and friendship!

Some things to know: every Volunteer will be entitled to a free pass for the Festival, a Montelago t-shirt, and two beer vouchers for each shift worked. Daily shifts will be 6/7 hours each, always in good company. Meals and travel are not included, but for any questions, we are here.

Volunteer tasks mainly involve campground control, parking organization, presence at the main entrance, environmental team for Festival cleaning, support for some Festival areas and initiatives (logistics, backstage, communication, etc.). Participating as a volunteer means being available for the work requested by the staff, also in relation to the needs that arise.

The offer is valid only for those who have turned 18 by the start date of the event. Those who wish to participate as a group must provide the required information for each individual.
